 My Philosophy
"When you hire me, you get a Real Estate Advisor, not a salesman. An advisor, by my definition, is one who helps clients achieve what is in their best interest, not mine. I pride myself on guiding my clients to the destination they truly wish to accomplish with their real estate transaction. Words like "Are you sure about this purchase?" or "Maybe this isn't the right time to sell" are sometimes words necessary for the client's best interest. In other words, I look at the overall picture for the clients and help them see, objectively, the right path to take. I chose this career to advise and serve clients, not to sell them anything.


I began my real estate career in 1989 after 2 years in the lending environment. Since 1990, I have been a top producing agent, averaging 50 homes sold annually and nearly 1000 escrows closed to date. As a consistent member of the Re/Max Platinum Club and a recipient of the Lifetime Achievement award, I have ranked as a top agent at Re/Max Valencia since joining the Re/Max family in 1992. More importantly, the success I have enjoyed comes as a result of the referrals from the clients I have advised. Nearly 80 percent of my business comes from referrals from my past clients. I look forward to you becoming part of that referring family. 


I have a fully staffed team, experienced in all aspects of the sale process. They monitor and track each listing/escrow to keep everything running smoothly and on schedule. Additionally, they handle scheduling home inspections, completing disclosures, weekly updates to you the client, and diligently communicating with the lender and escrow companies. They also assist me in implementing many of the marketing techniques so that your home is getting maximum exposure when selling. 


Client satisfaction. Because nearly 80 percent of my business is referral based, I offer to all of my clients the ability to cancel their agreement at any time, if not 100 percent satisfied with my service. It is more important to me to have a satisfied client, even if it means I cannot help them.
